All Roller Chain Supply products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at time of shipment. Claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt to Roller Chain Supply in writing, and specifying type of product defect and date of purchase. Any products found to be defective by an authorized representative of Roller Chain Supply are limited to replacement of product or refund of the original purchase price. Roller Chain Supply cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges. Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, defects and damage due to alterations, negligence, and use beyond safe operating limits. Roller Chain Supply total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Domestic orders cancelled due to customer error will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. International orders cancelled due to customer error will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Orders over $399.00, shipped within the Continental United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. International Freight charges will be FOB shipping point and will be prepaid and added to the invoice. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. In scenario’s where the shipping warehouse does not offer a preferred shipping method, an alternative method shall be selected to expedite the order as efficiently as possible. This is subject to the warehouses discretion.
Roller Chain Supply stock orders placed before 12PM CDT, M-F on RollerChainSupply.com or by phone are normally shipped within 24 Hrs. Non-stock/ Made-to-Order items are subject to availability and production schedule. A confirmed turnaround time will be given once order is placed.
